What's the name of the short story?

I think it's by Mark Twain but I'm not sure. It's a satire of a mountain climbing expedition where they take seven guides, pastry chefs, dynamite, and a latanist up a mountain that a guidebook says should take about an hour. it's very funny and witty. the mountain in question is in Zermatt and might be Riffelalp, I'm not sure. Thanks for the help- it's driving me crazy that I can't find it!
