What do you think of my TV pilot?

Okay so the title of the show is called Doctor Cop. Doctor Cop is based in Miami Florida. By day D.C is a doctor and is one of the best in the world. He is very witty and and enjoys picking his patients apart and often mocks them. Also he disobeys the rules a lot, but his boss who is a female has the hots for him so she usually lets it go. But by night, he is a lose cannon cop who lives by his own rules. He will do whatever it takes to solve the case. Him and his partner Butch, are the best. But D.C. has marriage problems that is shattering his live. So he needs to balance through this triangle of problems or else Miami is in trouble. So that's it. Tell me what you think or what I can add. I'm sending this to Fox so it should get picked up.
