Fancy Dress invite clever/witty wording?

I want to have a Fancy Dress Party for my 30th. I need to make up invitations. I once saw (can't find anywhere now) a clever invite for a fancy dress/costume party with funny phrases and quotes in it about madonna and dracula ect... ANyone heard of it or know anythin similar or can help me out? Ta
